Cascade Springs Water

Cascade Springs Water
Based in Wadebridge, Cascade Springs bottle Cornish water from its own spring, and supplies to businesses and organisations across Cornwall and Devon.
mpad was bought in by the company’s previous owners to raise the profile of business through local, regional and business press.

After a change in ownership on 2008 the company has stepped up its marketing activity and tasked mpad to continue to raise the profile.

Through our contacts Cascade become a sponsor for the Cornwall Corporate Games and the Cornwall Community Foundation.

Cascade is also a company that likes to have fun, so in April 2009 we worked closely with the Cornish Guardian newspaper to create an April Fool story based around the regenerating properties of water. A fictional research institute was created (W.R.A.S.H) led by Professor Avril Narr (French and German for April Fool) which had carried out tests on tomatoes.

The tests showed that old, wrinkled tomatoes left soaking in spring water had become wrinkle free. Using calculations the boffins proved that drinking 9 cups of water a day would help reduce wrinkles.

As well as regular distribution of press releases, we also work to bring Cascade to the attention of our clients, suppliers and partners.

The piece also featured as story of the day on the This is Cornwall website.
